Too Late to Die Young: Nearly True Tales from a Life

To say Harriet McBryde Johnson has led an astonishing life would be untrue. A lawyer, political activist, fairly well-known commentator and author, Johnson’s successes are not terribly peculiar for an educated middle-class woman. Rather, it is the very fact of Johnson alive that provides the astonishment, and the theme for her light-hearted book, Too Late to Die Young: Nearly True Tales from a Life.
